Rapid Transformational Therapy ™

Rapid Transformational Therapy ™ helps you to get the root cause of why you are stuck by reviewing 3 to 4 scenes related to the root cause of the problem.  During the session, we will uncover the negative meaning and interpretation (self-beliefs) from previous life events you have experienced. We can then change the meaning to ones that are more positive and empowering.   RTT™ uses a variety of tools while in this deeply relaxed state to reframe scenes in your subconscious to create the desired changes.

RTT combines hypnosis, neuroscience, NLP, Psychotherapy, and CBT to people overcome issues more quickly. By reframing core beliefs, thoughts, habits, and emotions that lie deep within the subconscious. A single session can offer profound changes. More complex issues may require additional sessions.


Heart Healing™

Heart Healing™ is an integrative healing approach that combines scientific, spiritual, and energetic principles for deep and profound shifts.  It approach is rooted in inner child healing, deep relaxation (meditative journeying), psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, parts therapy, attachment theory, and somatic healing. 

This is a technique that focuses on relationship healing on a subconscious level. We have all had experiences that have impacted our hearts that have left us feeling rejected, judged, criticized, not accepted, abandoned, or not enough in some way. Heart Healing helps to release old hurts and open our hearts again to life.

It also comes with an imprint recording to rewire in the changes post session. 


Brainspotting is a technique that locates points in a person’s visual field that helps to access unprocessed trauma in the emotional part of the brain (subcortical) which is responsible for our automatic responses. Brainspotting can be very supportive for recovering from PTSD, processing trauma, overcoming addictions, and improving performance.  Dr. Grand discovered that “Where you look affects how you feel.” It is the brain activity, especially in the subcortical brain that organizes itself around that eye position. Brainspotting uses relevant eye positions, somatic awareness, and focused mindfulness to process and release the stored traumas which underlie a wide range of emotional and physical problems. It is a brain-body-based treatment that integrates well with other types of therapies.  Many clients report the benefits of this therapy in that you don’t have to extensively talk about the trauma in order to heal.  It also uses music and sounds that clients listen to during the session, which produces a calming effect on the brain and nervous system to integrate the past experiences. 



Visualizing Your Desires & Outcomes

Often we focus on what we do want. We will work together to determine what you would like your life to look like beyond the problem. This is where we get to excite the imagination of the subconscious. How will you be showing in your life with more freedom and trust in yourself? What will you now be doing? How will you be showing life if you were your own biggest supporter?


In Hypnotherapy, we will get to the root cause of why you are stuck by releasing the old feelings and beliefs on a subconscious level. We will uncover the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Often what is hurting you now, was once a powerful solution at one time in your life but it is now outdated and getting in the way of you choosing more of what you do want.


You must listen to the imprint recording designed specifically for you at least once a day for a minimum of 21 to 30 days. This is to reinforce the new beliefs from the session and create more long-term change. The subconscious learns through repetition. You can even fall asleep to it as this is your subconscious. Your subconscious is always listening. This works extremely well for those who are quite busy and don’t have a lot of extra time in their day.


Beyond the session and as you listen to the recording, you will organically start to experience new changes as you focus more of the feelings you want to experience. New beliefs create new thoughts and new emotions, which leads to new choices. There is three ways people experience changes including immediate changes following the session, incremental changes that add over time, and retroactive that only when they look back do you notice they have changed for the better. Most people experience a combination of all three.

Our beliefs on a subconscious level inform and instruct everything we do. Many behaviors and coping mechanisms are automatic-based on our beliefs we may not even be fully aware of. When we change our beliefs on a subconscious level, so much more is available and possible for us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do all sessions involve hypnosis?

Both RTT and Heart Healing use hypnosis to access your subconscious mind. Other therapies like Brainspotting, somatic/body based psychotherapies, talk therapy, and Internal Family Systems do not use hypnosis.  Hypnotherapy can be powerful tool for healing and understanding but often the best approach is a multi-disciplinary approach that is tailored to your unique needs. 

Hypnosis is simply a very relaxed state, much like you would experience in meditation. You are in full charge of the session, and each session is very client-centered. You cannot be made to do anything you do not want to do.

You will also receive an intro/primer recording before the session to help make hypnosis very familiar to you before coming to the session.

However, both RTT and Heart Healing go beyond traditional hypnosis or hypnotherapy getting to the root cause of why you are stuck rather than simply using positive reinforcement. When combined together, long-term results can be achieved.


How does Rapid Transformational and Heart Healing Hypnotherapy work?

Hypnotherapy is based on science and uses Rapid Eye Movement. Hypnotherapy helps you gain access to the subconscious mind which gives you more power to influence your thoughts and emotions.

When you change your thoughts and feelings, you are able to change your behaviours for the long term. When you review previous life events, you are simply reviewing them, not reliving them; and this allows you to understand their meaning in relation to the current problem/issue you have.

What if I don’t “go deep” enough?

Depth of trance is not linked to results. Don’t expect to be deep – expect to feel very relaxed.

You are in complete control of the process, but you are taken to a state where you can access your subconscious mind. You will also be sent an intro/primer recording to prepare you for your first session. Many clients report receiving benefits from the intro recording even before the session including improved sleep, ability to relax easier, etc.

I am worried about revisiting scenes or experiences from the past?

In hypnosis, you are in a highly relaxed state to review scenes from the past so we can understand the meaning and their impacts. It is important to remember you are just reviewing scenes from the past, not reliving them.  Therapies like Brainspotting can further help to process and heal trauma. 

How should I expect to see changes?

There are three types of change clients experience from transformational hypnotherapy and every person is different:

Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away and feel immediate changes in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in the session or right after.

Incremental: You experience small shifts as you listen to your highly personalized recording 30 days post-session which over time will lead to more significant changes in your life. 

Retroactive: For some people, it is not till they start to look back at their behaviour do they notice how much they changed for the better. Sometimes clients even report that friends and family start commenting on how much they changed before they even realize the change in themselves. 


Most people experience changes from all three.

What is the difference between face-to-face and online sessions?

 Sessions are delivered online. Online sessions are delivered via Doxy and this mode of delivery is equally as effective as face-to-face sessions.

Clients often report they love doing sessions from the privacy of their own homes. Sessions are available all over the world. Doxy is a free and accessible platform, and full instructions will be provided to you on how to use this platform for the best overall experience.

Are all sessions confidential?

All sessions are strictly confidential, and nothing is shared from any of our work together unless you provide written consent to do so. As a Psychotherapist (Qualifying), there are limited circumstances where am required by law to breach confidentiality. This will be shared on an initial consult and in your initial consent to therapy. 

Why do I need a recording with HYpnotherapy?

A highly personalized recording is given to you post-session that is tailored uniquely to you and to help solidify the new beliefs from your session.

It is imperative you listen to the recording once a day for 30 days to create the long-term change. Clients have found the recording simple and easy to listen to. Many clients listen to their recordings as they go to sleep; it is merely that easy.
